This 100sq.m. detached house, situated in an estate overlooking the town of Istres, can accommodate up t
to 6 persons. It comprises a ground floor and one upstairs floor.

On the ground floor, as well as the hall, there is a fully equipped kitchen big enough to have meals in,
a dining-cum-living room, a study with a computer running under Windows
2000 with a low data rate Internet connection and a mobile telephone, a laundry area with washing machine freezer and separate toilet.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with a 1m40x1m90 double bed, a bathroom and
separate toilet.

Outside, an area covered by a canopy holds garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden has some tall pine-trees, home to the cicadas, where you can hang a hammockand there is also room to park a car.

The accommodation also includes an exercise bike, a ping-pong table and party games.
