The prices include gas and electricity whith package of 10kwh/day
Sheets and linen are not provided.
End-of-stay cleaning can be provided : 60€
Sheet hire : 7€/pair, 20€/3 pairs
Visitor's tax : 0.75€ per person per day .
Deposit for the reservation : 25% of the rent
A security bond of 300€ will be payable on arrival as well as the balance
of the rent.
This will be refunded on departure or a maximum of 2 months, after any deduction
in case of damage or loss of objects etc
